Strengthening legal problem communication and discussion in the investment and trade field between China and Africa has a good influence on deepening mutual understanding and guaranteeing the development of China-Africa investment and trade. He appealed that the legal and business circles of China and Africa should seize the historical opportunity to improve legal environment and expand bilateral investment and trade, thus make a contribution to achieving the alignment of industrial development strategies and improving China-Africa cooperation. He also put forward three expectations: the first expectation is pertinence. We should make sure to solve practical problems of China-Africa investment and trade; the second expectation is innovation. We explore legal disputes settlement mechanism with China-Africa characteristics; the third expectation is sense of mission.
